TERMS & CONDITIONS

1.The customer should be a minimum of 18 years of age. We reserve the right to verify the customer's age by requesting proof of ID despite the amount being exchanged.

2.Online orders are limited to the maximum amount of £2500 only.

3.Our online exchange rates update frequently and will only apply when you visit us with the confirmation email. 

4.We cannot always guarantee the exact order amount.

5.We reserve the right to confirm the customer's identity with the name on the order confirmation email. Any incomplete order would not be honoured.

6.Please note the exchange rates are only applied to existing stock we hold and anything in addition, would be discussed with the customer upon placing an order.

7.All orders are held for a maximum of 24 hours from the confirmation email/whatsapp message and can only be extended further by confirming via email or Whatsapp.
